Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & WhatsApp Channel
- Create engaging posts, stories, and reels
- Respond to online enquiries and follow up with clients
- Maintain consistent brand voice
- Share weekly & monthly performance reports
Business Development
- Conduct field visits to secure new clients
- Engage hospitals, clinics, pharmacies & community organizations
- Build referral networks
- Support client onboarding
- Track leads, enquiries & conversions
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Marketing, Business, IT, Nursing, or related field
- Strong communication in English & Luganda
- Ability to create basic social media content
- Confident, organized, and professional
- Experience in digital marketing, customer care, or sales is an added advantage
